If you currently use the services of a debt management company or FREE fee debt management service, you are not by law contracted to stay on that particular debt management plan.
An IVA should be something that remains under your selected insolvency practitioner / supervisor for the period of the repayments but with a debt management plan you are free to move as you please.
We are not suggesting that you should switch companies for little reason, you should only consider moving debt management company if you are not happy with the level of service or you have identified that the process is not being undertaken as efficiently as it could with another company or debt service.
